I bought this lamp to go with some dark rattan furniture and it looks perfect with it. The only criticism I have is that it wobbles a little when I turn it on or touch it but I think that it may be the way I put it together. (It was very easy to put together.) I may not have tightened the bolt enough, so it is not a reason to reduce the rating. It is a very good buy and looks like it cost much more than it actually does. I have ordered some more rattan furniture and, when it arrives, I plan to buy another one of these lamps.

Great lamp.... just what I had hoped for with a tropical flair but not overly done. I think it is very elegant and feels high quality. It was bought for a lovely newly-remodeled Maui vacation rental, so I wanted something that reflected attention to detail as well as adding the function of additional light. I needed a floor lamp that didn't take up much room but would lend an unassuming tropical feel... this lovely lamp fits the bill perfectly! I'd buy it in a minute for my own home, too.
